Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters, from pre-trial through post-trial stages.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Handle a wide range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, business torts, and intellectual property issues.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on risk management, litigation options, and potential resolutions.
Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- 8+ years of commercial litigation experience, with a proven track record of handling complex cases and achieving favorable results.
- Deep knowledge of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to breach of contract, fraud, business torts, trade secrets, and intellectual property disputes.
- Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead cases and manage clients effectively.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the bar of Colorado and in good standing.
